I just came home after a long day at the Vedder. Got there at first light. There wasn't very many fish, which was disappointing compared to last week. I didn't get ANY Coho today, not even a hookup with one. Still a good amount of Chums but the Springs are starting to really rot. I didn't see a single nice Spring landed by anyone in the time that I was there. One surprise today though was that I landed a Hatchery Red Spring with a tag on it. It was gently released and on it's way back up to the hatchery.
Water level is normal with a slight colouration. Seems like either the runs are late or there just isn't as many as last year.
C'ya all out on the water,
Barbless Hook
