Someone once said that the weather is the largest conservatory factor in the world--as most of us would probably agree--especially in this area where the weather can and does vary so much at times--harley--

I should start a new thread called Snow Snow Snow.
Oh, did I say that I had to drive through my fist snow fall of the winter today.
I guess that winters here, where I live.
And to think that I was planning on hooking onto my boat and going out for a couple of days today.

I understand that Kelowna almost had a white out today, and I'm expecting snow here tonight

as long as the freezing level stays low, the rivers will not blow out.It is only if it snows on the mtns. for a few days and then gets warm, and rains that the rivers will blow out. From now on the odds of the rivers blowing out become less, as the weather becomes more winterlike.
